Jared was born and raised on South Padre Island, or as the locals say, an island native. His familiarity with the community, market, resources, and people make him especially unique to the real estate field here in the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to his deep connections throughout the South Padre Island and surrounding areas real estate community, he is also a local business owner. Acquiring skills from his chic health food store and juice bar, to managing his own condominium complex on the coast of Port Isabel.
